I have brought xperia zl on 23th sept 2013 .. and I was getting battery issue, camera problem with it i have submitted it on 2 march 2014, under work id w114030304041. on 21 march they give some used handset which i didn’t accept so on that day they give me another work id w114032104186. on 27 march i called the care and their senior representative assured me that u will get my phone till 1st april 2014. but till 10 april they have no info that when i will get my handset. i am very frustrated with the service. kindly please help me

i was mentally harassed with the services and the response of services of sony . iwant to sue them as much as i cant as i have suffered a lot as i have spent RS 28000 on the handset

i want my money as they have very poor services
