hi team, i am a great member of your sony family for the last 3 years i use sony t.v, mobile, home theater but all these products are trouble free but it was my ill fate that inspired by these performances i bought a sony xperia m4 aqua dual mobile on 3 aug 2015 after a couple of days i went to reliance digital store v3s mall because my phone was overheating while playing videos , games and charging and sometime i am unable to touch my phone on my ears because of heating problem and there is hanging problem also but the concern person was not there from which person i bought the phone i called him he said i am on leave you come any another day when you get a time to visit the store for some reason i had to go to my hometown then i came back to delhi and i went reliance digital store on 17 aug 2015 i met that person who sold me the phone but he replied you have to go to sony service center for replacement after that discussion i went to sony service center ( immortal solution ) there was a lady executive who said me heating problem is normal in this phone and we wo’nt replace it due to heating problem she sent me another counter there was an executive whose name is pradeep he said me that we update the software of this phone after the update you will not get any problem it the problem will remain same we will replace your phone he updated my phone and i came back to my hostel but the problem still remain same again i went to sony service center (immortal solution )i met with the manager whose name is manisha sharma then she put my phone on call for 7 minutes and at last she said there is no problem with your phone she uninstall applications of my phone i said my problem to her but she replied do not watch videos and play games hers response was so rude she did not speak well with me there were 2 or 3 persons with same problem with same phone but they replied to all that overheating problem is normal with the phone now my question is that if i cannot play games and watch videos and movies then why i purchased this phone which price is 20000 rupees i am a student and 20000 is huge amount for me. now i want either replacement or d.o and the services are not the according to the standard of sony hope you will take suitable action on this matter ans please resolve as soon as possible. name: rajender singh mob: 70426XX226 model: e2363 emi 1: 35219807-192650-1 emi 2 : 35219807-192651-9
