Hi, I purchased a Sony Xperia M2 Dual, on 13/5/2014… and just barely after two weeks of usage, the phone fell and there were cracks on the screen glass, however the touch was working fine and there was no liquid damage. I went to the nearest sony authorized service station….and submitted the phone after paying 290/- rs…and the job no was w114053004236. The service centre provided poor service and never did regular follow ups, infact they never called me even once…to tell me whats the issue or give me an estimate of repair. they kept stalling the issue and gave me false hopes of calling back. After 25 days they tell me that the phone is not repairable. There is absolutely no disclaimer on the box stating that the phone is not repairable. Where do we go from here?
