I have a sony xperia Sola mobile. as per the new update of ICS i update my device. But it is not at all supporting this device. I have seen lot of complaints in the online about this, And i approached Service centre but they have demanded for 350/- for downgrade and saying my device is out of warranty. If the upgrade is not working properly the why should they have released the update and again for downgrade why they are asking for money? This is all cheating and they are not trust worthy. Better everyone should stop buying Xperia Sony devices. Worst customer care services. Just now i talked to customer care guys Concern persons: Sumair and Sanoop Reference number: 14061004047 And they are not at all responsive to my complaint.
