I purchased one mobile sony xperia c online from flipkart vide order no.0D31126072225 dated 26-11-2014. Speaker of the phone was not working properly and it has got damaged due to sweat or rain water gone inside. I approached Madonna Care Center, Kottayam on 25-06-2014 for servicing vide Ticket ID 14062501108 and they refused to give the warranty for the damage. The phone just covered 7 months and refusing warranty is very much illegal.

The Battery and speaker should be replaced under warranty. It may cost around Rs.3000.00. The battery and speaker should be replaced free of cost at the earliest.
