I bought a brand new phone from connexions mobile shop. Brand name sony xperia. Model sony myro on apr 6th 2014. Even on 1st date mobile was nt charging. I showed it back to the shop keeper who refused to take any responsibility of the phone. Who already new what was the problem with the phone. Deepak said it himself without even checking the phone that the usb port is broken. Since it being a new phone i was under the impression that he is giving genuine product but i was given broken phone not physically broken from outside but inside usb port damaged completely.which lead to phone nt getting charged.

I want this product to be returned.and my money back. And i had to take skip my office which costed me another rs 2500 of loss. I want my money back and also want them to coverup the loss that the forced me to go to service center.
