I Have bought Sony xperia M mobile handset on 29th nov13, from Time emporium, Green park market, New Delhi. Invoice no is TE.2K13.M#11163 (attached herewith) The phone has multiple issues such as 1) Camera is not giving clear pictures , 2) Flash makes pictures blue, 3) Bluetooth is not able to detect devices, 4) Phone not reading contacts from memory card. 5) The memory as specified on Sony’s website and as shared by salesman is 4 GB whereas the phone has only 2.05 GB. Phone memory specifications as displayed by sony can be seen on following page: http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/products/phones/xperia-m/specifications/ 6)Phone does not even specify the total count of numbers stored in it which makes it difficult to validate. 7)Some calls are even landing on voicebox inspite of phone being free. 8) While scrolling the text on screen becomes very light Have requested support officers, Mr. Chandan, Ms Akanksha on 180030002800 to refund the money which is Rs. 13,200 but they are refusing and want us to send the phone for repairing. The phone has production issues and performance is poor. We cant use such a phone which has so many problems in first 5-6 days.Please you do something and action against him. kindly help me.

I want my phone replace please as soon as possible.
