Sony Xperia – Receiver Not Working Properly

I have submitted my sony xperia z phone as its receiver was not working properly and is under warranty… purchased from MOBILE WORLD (g.5-7 rg complex sector 8 rohini delhi-85) invoice no. 2781 Earlier i gave it at service station in rohini job no.w114061802791…i got my phone after 20 days but the problem was not resolved. I gave my phone again on 12th july 2014 Job no. W114071203551…uptil date i have not received my problem…i’ve called them 1000 times…for update of my case. They say that their seniors have the update. And whenever i call or visit the service station the seniors are not available… They dont have the responsibility of giving any update…whenever i call they say it would take 4-5 days… on customer care i tried launching a complaint but the said the status on their computer is “Ready for billing” so they cant register a complaint. when i visit the service station they promised me twice that their senior would call me today and tell me exact date when i can get my phone. But a call does not come. after purchasing a 30k phone and using it for 8 months i am unable to use my phone for 2 months I am highly dissatisfied with sony services..

in any case phone’s problem to be resolved if its not possible…replace the phone with a new one rupees 20000 as rent of my phone for 2 months and for the wastage of my valuable time, resources and efforts because of the negligence of the service station.
