Dear Sir / Madam, I have been interacting with Vadapalani Sony Service Centre for the last 3 months time to give proper solution to my sony xperia sola mobile. Hence, there is no proper response and I am not satisfied with their performance, this complaint is being initiated to get proper response to my queries. I Floor, Arcot Road, Vadapalani, Chennai – 600 174, Tamil Nadu, India Please note that I was one of the biggest SONY fans in this HUMAN RACE and I was always loving SONY. So, (01) I have been using Sony mobile for the last 7 years. (02) I have been using Sony Walkman for the last 6 years. (03) I have been using Sony Laptop for the last 5 years. (04) I have watching all channels through Sony TV for the last 4 years (05) I have been using Sony Camera for the last 1 year. (06) I have been using Sony Webcam for the last 2 months. and not the least but the most I love the Sony Television Shows. I have been a such kind of BIG sony fan, Now I stopped liking it 🙁 But Sony not properly responded for this new smartphone issue for the last 3 months. I was believing I will get BRAND NEW mobile handset by taking the old mobile from me. I strongly felt that Sony will make me proud and feel good. But Sony Did Not 🙂 This phone was purchased at MRP. as per label is Rs. 20,449/- and on 13.01.2013 from a very reputed shop in Chennai M/s. Saravana Stores T. Nagar. Please note, I paid huge amount of money to have this beautiful design Mobile. This mobile operated till September 2013 without using mobile internet service on a daily basis. Only some of games been installed in this mobile system through mobile internet and was working but problem in this was not noticed initially due to not concentrating on the performance of the mobile. Once, I started using mobile internet 24×7 with latest mobile internet security, it started showing its real performance and I noticed the following problems at various occasions and been listed out here below for your ready reference: (01) Speaker was not working. (02) Mobile system was hanging. (03) Charger was not working. (04) Call Log opening time was/is 30 seconds to 120 seconds. (05) Message opening time was/is 25 seconds to 65 seconds. (06) Internet opening time was/is 15 seconds to 45 seconds. (07) Back key working time was/is 20 seconds to 40 seconds. (08) Mobile’s Ear Speaker was/is getting heated while attending call at sometimes. (09) Call going display and getting connected display timing was/is 5 seconds to 30 seconds. (10) Mobile Number Search option working time was/is 5 seconds to 20 seconds. (11) Message/Number Typing option working time was/is 2 seconds to 5 seconds. (12) Call Receive Display time w
