I gave my Sony Xperia ZL purchased for Rs. 27000 for repairs under warranty more than 3 weeks back and have still not received it. My repeated mails to all the email addresses mentioned goes unheard. The local service center guys do not pick up phone even after calling 20 times everyday. It is far from my office so I cannot leave my job and go to service center everyday. They are harassing me in every possible way. I don’t know what to do. They even refused to provide me a spare phone for the time being.

I demand my phone be fixed or a new phone be given to me along with Rs. 50000 as compensation for all the harassment i have endured. Also Sony much give a public apology published in at least 2 national newspaper accepting harassment of their customer by themselves so that people think twice before buying their product/services.
