I have purchase Sony Experia Z1 against . ORDER # 987531374 but when I have visited Sony Service center & they refuse to update the phone as it is ” OUT OF WARRANTY” & told its expires in 2014 as it is 2 year old phone .Also they have told that we cant entertain you as ONLINE TIE UP with Paytm has expires I am really disappointed with Paytm online shopping. This is Harrasment Warranty Problem Money loss time loss.

I purchased Xperia Z Ultra in september 2014. On July1, 2015 it stopped working. I visited the service centre and they created a job sheet. They returned me a refurbished set in 15 days on July 15. Today on 18 july, it again stopped working. I am extremely pissed off with this. Last time I lost my data as well. Resolve this ASAP or else, I am filling a legal case against Sony Mobile India.
