my mobile no.932XX95908 post paid connection outgoing barred for last 4 months without any traceable reason. i have been paying bills every month. i have been using this service since 2008. after having discussed with customer service for 6-7 time, each time i am advised to go to service center to give documents (i don’t know why how after such a long time it is called for), after visited service center for 5-6 time, they say “we cant trace any problem nor any document required”. lastly i asked service center to take documents & forward. it is 7-8 days after giving docs, still outgoing barred not withdrawn. seems service center officials are too clueless !

I have been paying for last 4 months without using the correction. visited 6 times service center in which time & fuel expenditure (each time spent 1-2 hrs). attending customer service calls for 7 times with 30-45 min holding & lot of time damage.
