MOBIKWIK App – Wrong Balance

I have been a continuous user of mobile app MobiKwick undertaken by ONE MOBIKWIK SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED registered at Gurgaon location. I have done mulitple financial transaction of money through this app. App is publicised as to be a sustitution of wallet. As per my communication through mobikwik i have made 30 transactions through mobile application from 17 May 2015 to 22 June 2015. All transactions are in the form of credit(-) or debit (+) in the app. The remaining balance amount is explicitly shown in the app, which is used for later transactions. As I calculated my balance as sum of credit and debit, it is very less then it was supposed to be. Mobikwik has clearly done a fraud with me by showing wrong balance. It is been more than one week by no one is listening to my complain. I have tried there onlin process of raising ticket but that also fails. I want help from customer grievance to protect me and other general public from the fraud/cheating of ONE MOBIKWIK SYSTEMS PRIVATE. LIMITED

This fraud has bewildered me. I have lost trust on other wallet also like Paytm, axis wallet, ICICI wallet etc. I have lost my trust on every online transaction. All this is going to result large consumption of time in doing physical transaction through banks. All which is time consuming and delays my all financial transaction in future. I have lost my more than 350 rupees.
