Sony Z1 Phone – Black was given for repair. The accidental warranty was still valid. (According to which physical / software damage would mean that the phone would be replaced). Service no – W114043003441 RNR Service Centre, I still had one more month of the warranty when i gave the phone for replacement. But in-order to get this warranty expired, Sony Service centre is delaying the return of my phone. It has been more than 3 weeks since i gave it. Now they don’t answer my calls and talk rudely when i inquire. Please help.
I Want my phone back and charges for the delay.
