I purchased Samsung laptop and wanted to avail the smart duo offer offered by the samsung india estore. I had registered all the information to avail the offer on 7th of june and was told that e-coupon will be given to me within 15 days but till date I received nothing. I have tried to interact with samsung india e-store many times by phone and mail from there I got zero response. I also sent mail to their customer care, which they never replied. Now I have all hope on just consumer court.

I want Samsung avail me the REDEMPTION COUPON of 7000 INR as there promised on purchase of tab 2/3.
