Bajaj Allianz Insurance policy Not Received

I have purchased one home insurance policy online on 14th May’14 and I was attended by executive Mr. Suraj. I made the payment through credit card and was informed that I would be getting the receipt in my mail id and the policy within 48 hrs and the hard copy would reach my home address in 7 working days. But till date I have neither received the receipt nor the policy soft copy. I have tried contacting Mr. Suraj over phone, but evrytime someone else is taking the call and telling that he would give me a call in 15-20 minutes. I have also written mails but did not get any response except that today I received a call from them in the morning and wanted to know whether I want to purchase any new policy. When I told the matter to the executive, he told that Mr. Suraj is on leave and that he would be calling me back in 15 minutes. But till now no one called me back and when I called them, they told that it is a different department and my call is being transferred, but no one responded and the call got disconnected.

I demand a compensation of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. 4354/- being the premium and balance for mental harrassment)
