I have made booking of flat 1 year back in SOVEREIGN DEVELOPERS, Till now the construction is not started and i am asking for refunding of the 50,000 Rs booking amount.

Based on the commitment from the developer i have not booked flat in any of the place, as the project is getting late i am loosing the confidence on the developer on completing the project, i am in a loss of 1 lakhs rupees as i have not booked any flat based on the builder commitment.

I want the money back with interest on 50,000 Rs from the date of booking
