I booked a Spa on 6th Oct at 1PM at Tuscany Spa in Pitampura. After taking spa….when i went for steam and bath….there was a KANKHAJURA (Centipede) in the bathroom. There was steam all over….luckily i managed to see it and came out. They are charging so much for a single spa but hygiene standards are zero. I don’t think they even get pest control timely.

I want to register a complaint against them so that no one will face such issues.
