Spago did not deliver the specified product – door handles. Modular kitchen door handles provided were dissimilar to the agreed handles. These were changed but again incorrect. The company agreed the reason being break down in communication between sales and design/manufacturing teams to be the cause. Spago Modular Kitchen and Wardrobe is unwilling to rectify their mistake and deliver on the promised product. They are asking me to pay further for redressing the problem. They have been unwilling to reply to emails and only communicate via phone and therefore the lack of paper trail.

The concern with the handles provided is ergonomic in nature. My elderly mother and my wife who has arthritic fingers, find the provided handles difficult to use. Even after numerous requests and complaints, Spago Modular Kitchen and Wardrobe are unwilling to make modifications to provide correct handles, which is making the use of kitchen doors rather difficult for the primary users of the kitchen.
