I daily keep receiving spam SMS from Idea Cellular via their service helpline IZ-Idea. These SMS asks me to download My Idea app for my mobile. My Phone number is listed in DND registry and still I daily receive these spam SMS. I had raised complaint to Idea Cellular about this but they clearly refused to fix the problem and reason that was told to me that such messages are “service messages”. I don’t know what service do I get from this kind of SMS? Please take some disciplinary action against Idea Cellular.

Fine for Rs 5 Lakh to Idea cellular to keep disturbing me and all other customers who have registered to DND and still get such SMS daily.
