I had purchased a spects from Gariahat branch and the same in June 2012 and it was replaced in june 2013 as it cracked. The second frame also cracked a the same place in Feb 2014 – within 9 months of the replacement. When I went to the gariahat showroom – I was told that it will be replaced – but by a different frame. Now I am being told that it will not be replaced. I suspect that the lens has got problem which is cracking the frame – and at the same place. Please help.

I need replacement or I want the money back at market price – along with compensation to this distress. I made this as I cant go out in the sun with out a sunglass – and I am being forced to do the same causing severe headache.
