Spectranet Charging for the Internet services, while internet was not working

I have a Spectranet Broadband connection, i had reported about the non-working of Internet on 15 May via complaint Id:20130506042. On 16th or 17th May the Engineer visited and rectified the issue. However after logging again on 17th i found that there were very freqent disconnections and again i lodged a complaint via id:20130506775. Till date this has not been rectified. On 19th i received a call from Brajesh, who is the engineer and he asked me to reset the device, which i did, however the issue is still not rectified.i lodged the complaint again on 21 May id:20130507918. I also asked for waiver on the period where i was not able to utilise the services via id:20130507389. They say that the issue is resolved, however it is not and it’s evident by the fact, the number of times i have called them

I am being charged for services which i am not able to avail satisfactorily, also it’s a huge loss of my time where i had to call them several times to rectify the issue, along with that i am not able to carry out or log in to perform my official tasks and activities. Calling them again and again is a mental pain and trauma

I demand Waiver off the period for which i was not able to satisfactorily use the service. 2. Also some monetary compensation for the time i had wasted calling them again and again.
