I have couriered from Bangalore to Bantwala Tq. with SPEED POST (PRO8175346) . the staff has confirmed product will reach next day. its 2 days still parcel has not been reached to the point. I have registered complaint through online and Calling to regional office. First i requested in B. C Road courier office by calling them to deliver the parcel as earliest. They disconnected the call. Next day i called regional office they told to contact other local office. No one is responding for the same. I am suffering the loss of 12,000/- for not delivering the parcel. I request to take action ASAP. if not i will reg. complaint in customer court and police station.
