I have purchased Spice dream uno mobile on 18th January 15 and very same day my mobile gets hang two times, and even internal memory is not as per the specification given. Therefore I have contacted Spice store on next day on 19th January 15 for the refund of my money I have discussed the matter with the spice shop manager but he directly show me the way to the service centre and talked in very bad manner and said “MODI KEHSE TO PAN REFUND NAI KARU (Means – If Mr. Modi will tell than I will not refund your money.” This is nothing but just cheating with customer and it is worst customer service and worst way of talking.

Mobile is not working properly. Cost of Mobile is Rs. 5999/-. I want my total money refund. Currently scan copy of invoice is not available but i will provide at later stage.
