1) I was booked on SpiceJet flight PNR Flt SG 912, 24 Feb 2014, 12:35 PM, Jaipur to Pune. On 20th Jan. 2014, I got a message that flight on 24th from jpr to pune is cancelled without assigning any concrete reason. I had to take an alternate flight from Jaipur to Mumbai for a different date as airline did not offer any point to point connectivity. This had caused me lot of mental harrasment, monetary loss (made arrangement on my own from Mumbai to Pune) and discomfort.I would like to bring to notice that I was travelling with my wife, 6 year old daughter and 5 mth old son and the abrupt cancellation would cause me major inconvenience for no fault of mine. I had booked tickets well in advance and had made full payment. 2) I had booked direct flights SG 913 for 4th April 2014 from Pune to Jaipur (for self); flight SG 913 for 8th April 2014 from Jaipur to Pune (for self, spouse, 6yr old daughter and infant son) on 23 Jan 2014. I got SMS on 18th March 2014 that flights have been cancelled due to introduction of new summer schedule.(Which I believe is not a Force Majeure event beyond airlines control.) I had to rebook flights with long layovers at the airport. Spicejet declined to book me on alternate airline or provide accomodation

Compensation for all the mental pain, agony and additional expenditure incurred. Penalty on airline for deficiency of service; accepting bookings and then cancelling flights without any just reason..
