Sir I booked Airlines Tickets of spice jet from Agent Mahto tour travel Guwahati, Assam from Delhi to Guwahati on 16 November 2014 (PNR:X5UD5P) having confirm Status. just one day before the schedule flight the ticket were cancelled due to there on “Internal management Issues”. hence in such situation they neither intended to arrange another ticket nor make any arrangement for our journey to complete. instead of this I paid 10,000 higher amount which I arrange from INDIGO airlines. since one month has been passed and they are wilfully not returning the said amount of Rs.17,850 (seventeen thousand eight hundred fifty ).
