I have booked an online ticket through the website which I cancelled on 10th March 2014 and got a reply from support@easygotrip.com stating that “Dear Sir, As per the telephonic conversation and mail .your below booking has been cancelled and the refundable amount is Rs3365/- which would be refunded in 9 working days or else could be used for another ticket booking. Your Easygotrip Refund no 378.” But till date I have not received any refund.

I want company to refund all my money paid and also want to impose penalty so that they should do the same with any of their customer.
