This is to put under your kind notice that I purchased a window air conditioner Model no QC RAV513HTD on dated 06.05.2013 & received on 10.05.2013 from direct Hitachi by e-shopping.The installation of AC was done by technician which was provide by company (Hitachi) I am facing cooling related issue since day one i.e. from date of installation 11.05.2013. Because I am a new user of AC hence I am not familiar of working of the same. I have registered a request regarding service on 23.03.2014 (Refer to attached copy of mail), after putting so many reminder technician has visited & advice me for Gas filling. He told me that ‘due to leakage, gas pressure is low than required pressure hence needs to refill’. I agreed for the same but he told me this is chargeable & to be paid by you. Because product is under warranty & this a seriously manufacturing defect hence it should be repair by company. I request you to please look the mater.
