The biggest mistake of choosing the worst CHENNAI PACKERS AND MOVERS seeing the lowest rate. House hold item was move from Chennai to Trivandrum , through the entire process it was headache at each level 1)Apart from the quoted amount the 3 people who came for packing forcefully demanded 1500 as their ‘TIP’ , after arguing we stop them with 1200, in fear of damage to our house hold item 2) They inform the luggage will reach within 2 days, after that we need to call them 1000 times to get track of the luggage and finally it arrived after two weeks 3) Thought even though with lot of tension at last we got our luggage finally ,AS A GREAT SHOCK CAME TO KNOW THAT OUR TRAVEL BAG with full dress and valuable documents is not their 4) The driver told they will get back soon and left 5)Finally when ever we are calling to the representative of packers and movers one PARTHIPAN(09500092011) AND Mahalingam (08754459011), he finally told he don’t know anything and when seeing our call he simple cut the call Final words form him : “Do what ever u people want he cannot trace it” WORST SERVICE EVER CAME ACROSS The bag /packing number they refer was 196

i already register this as ComplaintId :58604/3/2013 which status is showing as resolved. i didn’t get any compensation or the travel bag back. i couldn’t proceed future anything regarding this due to my personal medical emergancy. i tried to send a court letter but they didn’t receive it saying no address exist from the postal department
