Spice Mobile – charging IC need to be repaired issue was not resolved

My name is Akash Gidwani i purchased a spice mi 505 phone in the month of august from HS18 and the order was placed on a name of Riya Gidwani order 929160691.Now the issue is there was some issue with this phone in the month of December i took this phone to the service centre and they advised me that the charging IC need to be repaired and will be fixed by the company.So basis on that i submitted my phone to service centre dated DEC 26th 2013 they advised that it will take 21 days to get this fixed after 21 days on Jan 16th i got a call from Service centre that my product has been repaired and a quality check has also been done for the same but when i went to collect my phone the issue was not resolved and their was another issue with the display as well it was blinking i told them that the charging issue is not been fixed and there is another issue with my display now .So what kind of quality check was done by service centre .Even at the time of submitting my phone i told them that there are no scratches on this phone but after repair it was looking like a 2 year old phone full of scratches and their was an issue with my charger as well i ask them to replace my charger but they said once your phone is repaired than only we can raise a request for the new charger . So this is my entire concerned in regards to same you can check call records i called up several times to there call centre to get this fixed i got a complain number as well 94539235 . I spoke with richa last Friday she said that my phone is under replacement and will be replaced by a day or 2 days time but i never heard anything so called up again on Monday Jan 27th spoke to one of there supervisor Tinu she was extremely rude she said they have already forwarded my concerned to Spice team and now i have to follow up with them we cannot do anything.So tell me something why you guys are doing a branding for such product who dam even care about there customers . It’s my humble request to get this issue fix for me on priority or please refund my money back i don’t care whom you want to contact but this is my final mail if i don’t hear anything positive from your end i will be lodging a case with consumer forum .I am a middle class man i have invested 8000 rupees because i trusted your team and they way you handle your customers but this was a very bad experience where nobody is there to help me out i spoke with spice team as well against complain number 0400018982 even they said i have to wait for some more time its being more than a month now and the phone is lying with spice team without any resolution.Need a fix on priority or else will be lodging the case with consumer forum.

either i need a new phone or my money should be refunded back to me because there is no assurance of this product when it got repaired earlier than to it was not fixed and got another issue as well i have invested 8000 rupees but till date no assurance from the company what kind of services they are giving not sure
