We have purchase the Spice Mobile through Home Shop after 3 months of purchase suddenly the mobile has not working. Therefore we have contact the Spice Mobile company they have give 2 to 3 service center address where there was no service center available after that they have given Borivali area’s Service center. We went there given the mobile But with great regret service Centre has demanding the charges of Rs.1400 for the same when we have inform them that our product is in warranty than also they have inform that they will charge the same. Therefore we have made the complaint to the company for the same for which no proper reply has been received & lastly company has told us that we have to pay the service charges for the same
1. I want either company should replace the mobile or repair the mobile 2. Reimburse the cost of traveling to 3 service centre from Virar to Nalla Sopara, Mira Road & than Finally Borivali of Rs.250/- 3. Reimburse the cost making complaint through mobile phone & through Internet from Cyber Cafe of Rs.400/- 4. Proper compensation for not repairing nor replacing the mobile from last 5 months 5. To take necessary action against the company for not taking the matter seriously & mis guiding the customer in spite of warranty
