I had given my out of warranty handset(IMEI NO: 91114353216496)to repaid hand fee jack on 17/05/2013 vide their Receipt No. 292 at Authorized Service Centre. After one week he gave me the phone and charged Rs.375/- but the jack was not working properly. Next day I again given my handset for repair. After many visits he gave me a handset with different IMEI No. (and that was also not working properly). I asked to give me my own original handset. Even after 2 months he has not given my original handset. I also approached to Mr. Pankaj (#9210000056)he never pickup the phone.

want my own original handset duly repaired the hand free Jack. If it is not repaired, I want my original handset in original condition and refund of Rs. 375/- + compensation for mental harassment and conveyance for visiting his shop for not less than 20 times.
