please refer to following detail about above mentioned product invoice no :- TARA940936 DATE :- 30/12/2013 PRODUCT:- SPICE QUAD CORE ANDROID COOLPAD MI496 I COMPLAINT DATE:- 26/05/02014 II COMPLAINT NO 12100099E80413 DATED 24/08/2014 it is the matter of great concern or rather more disappointment that in spite of having great faith on brand SPICE and HOME SHOP-18, i have a feeling of cheating by both the brand. above mentioned mobile had a problem leaving signal on port 1 from day 1 on receiving the product on 01/01/2014. after using 1 month i reported the same problem to authorized service center M/s kapoor watch co. gwalior due to not caring cash memo complaint could not be generated , after couple of month in may 2014 i reported again to same , handset was taken to sent ho by the kapoor watch co. after 10 day my phone returned to me without actually solving the problem. i was advised to report again after few days. generally i do not have that much time to go again and again to solve the problem. finally i again reported on 24/08/2014, after 16 days i have neither received my product nor any response regarding the same. as per discussion with M/s kapoor watch co. gwalior product have some manufacturing default. at last i look forward to you and expect early resolution about my complaint. praveen gupta 70241400xx,9425700xxx
