Spice Mobile – Problem with battery – Customer Care

i purchase a spice MI 535 mobile,IMEI no.911313300611816 from online retailer sheholic.com ,after 5 month latter i face a problem with battery of this mobile , battery expend and not recharge properly. Than i registered a complain about this at spice customer care. they give me a SR no.20100078E50485 and tell me that they resolve my problem by replaceing my battery.but it had passed 2 months yet they dont change battery. i call several times to customer care but they not respond properly and not giving me true detail about battery.

i want to replace my battery and a late fine on company, if they have not battery, than give me my money back.
