I have Purchased Samsung S4 on 15.5.13 from a Spice Store in Kolkata. From the first day I had problem of sudden call drop. Initially I felt its SIM Card problem so changed the Sim Card, but still the problem of call drop persisted. Than I talked to Samsung Care and they said to sent it to Service Centre. When I said I don’t need repaired phone and replacement they said they will check phone and do the needful. After getting back the mobile from service centre, same problem of call drop persisted in the phone and later they said they are not ready for replacement and wanted to resend me the phone to them. I WANT TO CLAIM AN IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENT TO THE DEFECTIVE PIECE SOLD TO ME.
Due to the sudden call drop happening in the mobile, avast economical losses has happened in my business due to the fact that the recipients of the call considers that I have disconnected the call in between without completing the matter and which has hampered my image in the market as well. I have lost business of around Rs 5,00,000 due to the defunct piece sold to be by Samsung.
I would like to claim a brand new Samsung S4 (without any defects) from the Company along with Rs 5,00,000 claim towards the losses suffered by me.
