I am living in harshkunj Housing society, Samruddhi Apartment, as a tenant for last three years. I have been paying maintenance of rupees 200/month for last 3 years, but now they have asked to pay rupees 400/Month. The reason they say is, as such I am a Tenant i have to pay double maintenance then the others. Their is no specific reason for it other than that. The society members have taken this decision on their on in a meeting. Their is a leakage in my house walls, that is also not being corrected by them.

I want that the maintenance should be same as the society members. Their should not be any difference between a tenant and a owner, because both are using same services.
