Dear Sir, I puchased micromax A-57 mobile phone on december-2012. but two weeks ago my phone got hanged due to which its touch stopped working and i took it to micromax service center in noida sec-16. they asked me for the time of 1 week for its repair but now its more than two week and now they are saying that they don’t have its part to repair so I can either get it back without repair or wait for 1 more week. and talked to me very rudely.
