I bought a Micromax Mobile A94-Grey from Hotsopt (Spice Retail Ltd., Plot No – A1, Indra palace, Gorav Tower, Tin – 08832112756,) on 25-05-2014 at 12:30 PM. When I use mobile on that day I have seen some dot point in inside the touch screen. On the next day morning when I said my problem to him they agreed and said you go to the service centre for this. On this I said why I go to the service center, I buy mobile from your store and the problem found is not even more than 24 hours so why should I go. I said either replace my mobile or give my money. But they said I can’t help you and talk to me very rudely and said I throw your mobile outside take it from here. Even i also said I go to consumer forum, on this they said you can do what ever you want. Hotsopt Retail says we can sell mobile little costlier from other retail shop as our service is very good as compared to other. So tell what type of service they are giving their customers. Please reply as soon as possible.
