This is regarding the Spice Tablet M1010 ( IMIE No. 10102012L01360) bought by me in Mar 2013. It developed the display problem. It was sent to your service center AIM Telecom Services, kotlaMubarakpur, New Delhi. It was given to them on 12Oct 13. They Kept it for almost a month and after repeated complaint to you it was returned to me on 11 Nov 13. My complaint to you is forwarded here. On checking the repaired tablet following is observed:- (a) The display is faulty and responds in erratic manner. I suspect my display has been replaced with another faulty one. (b) The screen gaurd has been absolutely ruined withlarge number of scratches and improper handling. (c) The battery is also changed with a faulty one. now it shows fully charged and as i remove it it comes down to any figure. As desired by them I again got the tab deposited at their service centre at Govindpuri, Kalkaji on 12 Dec 13. After lot of correspondence with them harassing me by incorrectly telling me that the tab is outside warranty period and not acting it for two weeks without informing me, it was delivered to me on 01 Jan 14. On 20 Jan 2014 its display has again stopped working. Being an Indian Air Force officer I am 3000 km away from Delhi where my relatives stay. I have to send it every time and spend money to get it picked up. I am unable to use it since 12 Oct 2013 when it was first deposited to their servce center. This effectively means following losses to me:- (a) Not able to use the tab for last four months. (b) My Rs 13000/- i.e. cost of the tab gettng stuck with the company. (c) Loss of Rs 2000/- on account of conveyance charges from home of my relative in Delhi to Service Centers and phone charges. (d) Mental harassment on account of indifferent attitude shown by the Company.
Refund of my entire money + Interest + Compensation for mental harassment
