This is to bring into your notice that people at Spicejet have been fooling around with me. I had traveled from Amritsar to Delhi on 31.03.2013 I hope that was my last travel with Spicejet. Last I am saying that due to the behavior shown to me from last 20 days is really pathetic and they have been very rude. Even the people with G.M. or C.E.O profile do not respond to the mails they should always remember that they get the salaries because of us. People spend the hard earned money on the air tickets and due to negligence from ground staff they have broken my 2 luggages. First of all ground floor does not understand the problem or I should say that they do not want to understand the problem. Some one calls me up and they promise to call back and God only knows how much work people have that they do not bother to call back only. Now I have received Rs.1000/- as damage charges caused by Airline staff.I would like to ask you that do you get anything is Rs. 1000/- that to not refund only as a credit voucher. Thanks for Opening my eyes for the SO CALLED BEST AIRLINES OF INDIA.
