I had booked my tickets on spicejet flight sg 287 from cochin to ahmedabad at the time of booking the flight time was 7:30pm but now I have noticed that the flight time has been changed to 1:45pm and. The airline did. Anot inform me regarding this when I checked the status on 3rd januanry 2013 I noticed the change in flight. On informing the airline that how it could change the time without informing me their reply was wither take a full refund or reschedule your flight time to next days without any charge. The problem is I have further reservation and cannot reach airport before 4 in the evening as a result I asked the airline to give me a days hotel tarriff but they said this is all we can do either accept it or leave it. We don’t care what you do and how you reach the airport.the complaint number given to me by spice jet is CR/232205/2013.
