Internet slow speed problem My internet connection plan with Spidigo unlimited 2mbps speed plan for which I am charged. But the speed is not provided to me according to the plan infant it is very less. I regularly register complain to its customer care and even visite it’s office to complain regarding my concern problem but no solution has been provided to me now it has been more than 6months the issue is not been solved. Ravi Solanki the firms on field engineer has also frequently visited my place for providing solution regarding problem but he is not able to solve it. He tells me the issue is with network and network department is not taking any measures to solve the problem. On my last visite to the firm I talked to them about what their engineer told me on visite to my place but the complain department of Spidigo ignored me and were very rude in their approache.
I has first taken a plan for six months which had costed me ?7000 Spidigo engineer Ravi Solanki told me that the issue will be solved and he renewed my plan which has cost me ? 2525 for one month out which ?1000 is refundable deposit. My plan has also been renewed again by Ravi Solanki for one more month which has cost me ?1525 . But no solution has been provided The total economical damage to me is of ?11050 till date.
I would like Spidigo to act on my problem and provide me solution regarding it . But if they are not able to provide me solution which they are not on my frequent complain to their customer care and visits to office than Spidigo should refund my economic damage.
