I have purchase spidigo internet connection on 21/11/2014 with pay of Rs.4700 which includes uninterrupted internet connection of 7 months . And my plan stared from 29/11/2014. After starting of my plan there was lots of time when my internet was not respond properly. At every time when I complaint to spidigo they replied to solve my problem in 24-48 hours, but I never got service properly. Now from last one month my internet not working properly and the customer care not even replied me properly for resolving my issue. And whenever I tried to call them they always hang my call for 10 minutes and that is also charged number. And even though call never connected from one time daily I have to call them 2-3 time so I lost my lots of call money to complain them. So customer of my type always pay for them also for complain addressed. I also meet the representative on the spidigo ahmedabad office, but even they don’t responded me properly. Now I’m really frustrated and I want to compensate all of the mental and financial harassments I bear from spidigo.

Economical I’m share trader, and daily work for buying and selling shares online. But because of the issue from the internet company I lost lots of money which I could earn. Even for complaining them on customer care number I also lost lots of calling money. Even because of not able to connected with internet I have to go for some other internet plan which cost me extra. For travelling to spidigo office also lost my petrol money. Physically Because of this issue, lots of time I lost my temper and not working properly on my work as well.
