I am a user of SPIDIGO broadband internet for which I have paid in advance for 7 months broadband internet service. My internet is not working since 24th July 2013. I have logged a complaint on 24th July 2013 and was assured that it will be resolved in few hours but its more than 7 days now and it has not been resolved even after continuous 2-3 call daily reminding them for the same. Getting the same answer that engineer has been assigned for my complaint and will resolve my problem. They are not letting me speak to their manager or supervisor saying that they will arrange call back but no one called up. For first few days they dint provided me any complaint number then on 30 July 2013 they provided complaint number: 130725382 saying that the engineer has been assigned to resolve the complaint and at night i received a message saying my complaint has been closed without any engineer visiting my place . I checked my internet but it was not resolved. I called up on 31st july 2013 but gain they provided me complaint number : 130731848 saying the engineer has been assigned and hell visit and resolve my problem. When i asked them that i need to complaint for the poor service i need someone to speak to, they dint provided any info and asked to physically visit to their office which is not possible for me as i have a busy schedule and i am fasting as it is RAMAZAN month. Customer care executives are very unprofessional and rude not ready to co-operate and understand customers problem. They dint provide me any of A/C details when i told them that i need it for consumer complaint. They just gave me my user id: shadab and complaint numbers: 130725382 & 130731848 and said it is what they only have. I am facing a lot of problem because my internet is not working, unable to do my official work which is effecting me financially a lot also calling them daily 2-3 times and getting run around and unprofessional behavior which is effecting me mentally as is RAMAZAN month and i am fasting all the day without food and water. I want them to resolve the problem as son as they can and compensate my sufferings
