Spidigo Slow Broadband Service

I have been a consumer of Spidigo for 4 months now and the internet connection and speed both are of worst quality. they have effectively provided me a service of less than 2 months in this time period. I am calling their consumer care every other week but they take their sweet time to take care of things.

Due to not availability of proper internet at home i have to use my mobile wifi to complete my task at home which has shot up my mobile bill. and their representative took 7 months advance for me and they are refusing to refund it back.

I want them to refund the extra 3 months and compensate for the loss.
