Me and my colleague had purchased Flat in a project owned by Sri Guru Raghvendra Builders where Mr. Vankatesh Reddy and Mr. Mallikarjun are acting as partners. They have promised to give possession on or before October 2014, however, they are not making any progress in the work. Every time we contact them we get a new timeline and new date for possession. They didn’t pay the rent as agreed in the contract. Please assist us to get the possession.

We are paying rent of Rs. 10000 per month along with the EMIs for home loan of Around Rs. 20000 per month.

They (builders/developers) are not progressing any work since so many months. We want the flat to be ready and get possession ASAP. We also want a compensation for the delay caused along with the rent since October 2014 till the date of actual possession.
