We took Sri Kaleswari Travels (SKT) sleeper (A/C) bus from Hyderabad to Vizag on Saturday, 11th Jan 2014 at 8:30pm (from Mehdipatnam). The bus did not have proper RTO papers because of which, the driver stopped the bus 70 kms from Vizag and asked everyone to go from there to Vizag by other means of transport. The driver and conductor did not even mention it to the people sleeping in the bus. SKT charged Rs 2250 per head for a ticket from Hyderabad to Vizag, when we asked them to refund our money, they gave us 100rs for 2 people as a refund to travel to vizag. It is pure inconvenience to public. Public should be made aware of such travels and buses so that we choose wisely. Such buses should not be posted for ticketing. SKT kind of travels are minting money by increasing the costs of buses enormously during busy seasons. Isn’t there any government official looking into such grave misuses of public trust and money?

refund the entire amount for both of us. such buses should be removed from operating. proper vigilance should be there.
