Dear Sir,. I am subscriber of tikona broadband with user id 1108088563 . The broadband service is totally pathetic the down times are immense and the although the line is currently stable they have advertised their post speed for the 2mbps rs.999 as 2mbps (1:50 contention ratio) but the speed never increases beyond 450 kbps even during off peak hours and i have evidence to support it . Please help me out to reveal these cheaters. and i have complaints from similar users on broadbandforum.in And when i called the customer care they are informing me that i am getting the correct speeds only and and speed is actually restricted to 512kbps and that it is not advertised .

Please advice the company to clearly advertise that their post fair usage policy will be limited to 512 kbps.
