Its been one year since we moved to this apartment SRS Pearl. We were promised lot many things & were assured of best quality for everything. But even after one year, we are have lot many issues. Life installed in out apartment is still not functional properly. We had lot may issues for people getting stuck in lift, life lot functioning, etc We pushed the builder a lot to get this fixed. With lot of pressure from residents, builder agreed to act upon this, but nothing has been done on this so far. Thus I am filing complaint against the builder. We would want this to be addressed by builder at priority (before any mishap)

Many times, people got stuck in lift, and many of them got very scared & panicked. Lot many times lifts were not operational, forcing residents to use stairs (from even 9th floor) … many elderly people had lot of trouble with this. I am attaching the minutes-of-meeting from a meeting between builder & residents (dated 24th Nov 2013) where builder agreed to fix all issues within a month. But no action is taken on this even after 7 months.

We would want the lift to be operation fine (replace what is not correct, rectify what need to be fixed)
