SRS Travels – Change of Bus Timing on Confirmed Ticket

I booked ticket on 16/09/14 and below is further detail: Passenger Name : Hasan Raza PNR No : 7313164 or TGAD95675568 Date of Journey : 17/09/14 Time of Journey ; 9 PM Origin to Destination : Gangavathi to Bangalore Service Provider ; SRS travels Seats No : 7U (Confirmed) I surprised that, I got message from SRS Travels around 7 PM that. My bus has been shifted to 9:30 and seat alloted me 10U. Seat allotted me was last but one. Actually, I booked the ticket according to my convenient, but it has been shifted to last. I never traveled last seat of buses, because of my bad experience. Customer book the ticket according to their convenient. The same thing I wanted to convey to REDBUS (Customer Care Executive). I gave call on 186030010101. One person picked the phone and explained him all these story. He told me to wait and hanged the phone. I waited more than 12 minutes but I did not get any response from him. I disconnected call and gave call once again to the same no. One person name Called Mr. Sharieff. He picked call and explained once again the same. He also told me to wait for few seconds. But it was more than 10 minutes, then I got reply from him. He told me that, bus did not get cancel. It is postponed journey for 15 minutes. He gave me the contact no of SRS Travels ( 080-26801616) to contact for reconfirmation. When I gave call to SRS person. They told that Bus has been canceled for this time. Mr. Sharieff ( Red Bus Customer care Executive ) was listening whatever the conversation was made with me. SRS travel person confirmed and clearly said that “BUS HAS BEEN CANCELLED FOR THAT TIME AND HAS BEEN SHIFTED TO 9:30”. I asked to Mr. Sharieff in this regard. What did you hear from the SRS Person. He kept quiet for some times and told me to send mail to support@redbus.in for refund of money. Based upon the promise, I sent mail.

I want refund of Rs 600/- Nothing else.
